考试形式：请各位老师准备下列11个话题，考试随机抽取1题进行演讲。
一、11 个话题如下：
1. Weather
2.Food
3.Personalities
4.Appearances
5.Sport
6.Holidays
7.Education
8.A favourite possession
9.A favourite book
10.Beautiful natural scenery
11.Family
二、演讲程序如下：
1、抽取话题后，准备时间1分钟（prepare the topic ，1min）
2、开始演讲，时间2分钟（presentation ，2min）
3、外教进行提问，时间1-2分钟（follow-up questions ，1-2min）
例子：
1、Sample exam --- weather：
Give a short presentation about when the weather is bad.
In your answer mention
? What are the different types of bad weather.
? How bad weather effects people.

2、Discussion question:

三、时间及人员安排
1、时间：2014年6月30日至7月4日，晚上7:30开始考试，每人考试时间为5分钟，请各位老师提前到达等候考试。

3、未参加考核的，视为不合格，不发院内培训证书。
